Rachel is a business leader and data and marketing specialist. As managing director of the Data & Marketing Association (DMA) she works closely with many of the UK’s most forward thinking agencies, brands and tech companies to promote a truly customer-centric approach to data. She is responsible for leading the DMA’s key industry initiatives – including the Value of Data, the DMA Awards, the Campaign for great British creativity and the Responsible Marketing campaign. Rachel is passionate about driving authenticity and diversity in the data and marketing industry, evident in the DMA’s strong focus on getting new and diverse talent into our industry and supporting that talent right through to the board room.
She sits on the ASA CAP and BCAP Committees, the Scottish AI Alliance Leadership Circle as well as the Advertising Association Trust Working Party and Adnet Zero Steering Group.
